This newly created position will be responsible for coordinating the evolution of the various technology interfaces First American uses to reach its customers, which today are primarily in the areas of order origination and communications. The goal is ’simple’…to be recognized as providing the industry’s best interactive technology experience for products and services across all platforms, from enterprise level to mobile device, and by all customer groups, from some of the largest lending institutions and real estate brokerages in the nation to individual real estate practitioners and everyone in between.

The Financial Services Division (Title Insurance and related products such as NHD reports) will become one entity. The Information Services Division (Marketlinx MLS software, Corelogix, etc.) will become the other entity.

Alan has demonstrated a passion for building technologies that meet the needs of customers and clients through the growth and success in products like Zipform, Winforms, Clarus Resources and many others during his tenure at C.A.R. He was also responsible for the highly successful mobile applications business which launched the My C.A.R. iphone application and many others.

Alan Arora says “I look forward to tackling the challenges of these new goals and am also glad I will still be in a position to interact with many of my friends and colleagues established over the last 13 years in organized real estate.”
