Great insights, thank you David and Marilyn for presenting these important learning experiences so directly and openly. I particularly loved the visual of the view from space…there are no boundaries. You’ve raised the conventional high-level view from 20,000 feet to the space station.

“If we do the right thing here, the future will take care of itself”…well said and lived David!

Thank you Marilyn for sharing this conversation about the current status of the relationships between Brokers, the MLS’s and the Associations with David Charron. David is correct in saying that the journey has been a long time in the making, for it was back in 2003 that I presented this very blueprint to consolidate or merge current MLS to avoid the very borders and division, industry leaders were unknowing or simply competitively creating for themselves and the industry. Now over a decade later, as I prophesied would happen, the MLS’s are being forced to put their differences and ccompetitive creativity aside and do the right thing not only for the industry, but for the consumers that their clients serve. The very blueprint and vision I was blessed with of uniting the industry together back in 2003 has also grown as the industry has grown and soon I will be prepared to reveal how I plan to help expedite, suppprt and come alongside the very efforts being made today to unite the industry across the United States with no further costs made to the Brokers, MLS’s or the Associations involved in this National agreement!
God bless you all my friends and remember…Agreement to do the ‘right thing’, is far more powerful to possess than money or control over any other entity or person. 😇
