April Chaffee

April Chaffee is the General Manager of the This Old House Real Estate Network. Prior to joining This Old House, April began her online advertising career 16 years ago with Homestore (Move Inc.) where she started as a Media Planner, working hands on with the National and Local Sales Team. She also worked for many other real estate related companies such as RealtyTrac, where she handled all large, strategic partnerships including Yahoo!, MSN, and AOL. A large part of her career was helping to build REALM, the first Real Estate Vertical Ad Network.

Prem Luthra

Prem Luthra is a real estate technology and media veteran with over 20 years experience leading and growing start-ups to publicly traded enterprises within the real estate industry. Today, Prem is the President/CEO of Elm Street Technology, a real estate Software as a Service and Marketing Automation holding company that is acquiring and integrating regional and local businesses onto a national platform.

Eric Thorkilsen

Eric G. Thorkilsen is Chief Executive Officer of THIS OLD HOUSE VENTURES, LLC. He most recently was Founder and CEO of LIFESTYLE MEDIA PARTNERS, Inc. Thorkilsen also served as CEO of Edible Communities, Inc., a division of LMP, Inc., acquired in 2013. The foundation of Thorkilsen’s extensive career is nearly 30 years at TIME WARNER INC., where he held senior domestic and international circulation and publishing leadership positions across the Company’s leading brands, including TIME, TIME International, PEOPLE and SPORTS ILLUSTRATED. Most notably, he was the creator and founding Executive of both MARTHA STEWART LIVING and THIS OLD HOUSE Ventures, which were the first brands in the industry to build successful multi-media platforms. With an industry vision and leadership that led to a major paradigm shift, he created multiple distribution vehicles under individual brand umbrellas to deliver high quality content and products to consumers, and a compelling multi-platform reach to advertisers.

Richard Swerdlow

Richard Swerdlow, Chief Executive Officer, is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of web development and Internet marketing experience. He is responsible for the Company’s strategic direction and operations. He founded Condo.com in 2007 and has developed the portal into the leading condo search site in the world. The platform connects condo buyers, sellers and renters and provides real estate professionals and other advertisers with a suite of online and offline tools to market in buildings and connect with building residents.
