I can't say enough about how ListingBook has helped the marketing side of my business. Featured Listing Promotions are "THE" tool to have. I notice a substantial increase in activity on each listing that I feature. The best part is how affordable it is!!!!! I am a huge supporter of Listingbook to all of our 500+ agents. Half of which have not had access to it yet because their board has not approved it yet. The rest of us are at such a huge advantage. our clients love the ease at which they can get knowledge of the real estate market around them. Listingbook is to the MLS like Windows is to Dos.

In 20 plus years of selling real estate I have used countless tools to help service my clients. None has had a more positive effect than my adoption of listingbook. My buyers have become better buyers since they are able to see, rather than be told what is a fair market value, and my sellers are much more savy since they are able to see their competition, see what has gone under contract, and see what has closed in "real time". today's real estate consumer has been asking for this information, listingbook is the only product I know of that provides it to them. I have been using the product for 3 months, and I can't imagine working without it from here on out.

Listingbook is exactly the pure genius this article says it is - and the photo tells it like it is - an absolute gift to the real estate agent. I've been in the industry for 30 years now and I have never seen anything that even comes close to bringing the agent/client/customer relationship together like Listingbook does. Everyone who uses Listingbook loves it - and especially the consumer who is tired of getting bad outdated information off of all the other real esate websites. I've been a CA Broker since 1984 and have to say this is the best tool I've seen. I can set up my clients, watch what they are search, make comments and recommendations to them, allow them to change their own parameters, answer questions about specific properties, and have them select the homes they want to see. I can take their input, put it in logical order & present them with a professional showing package... and this only part of what I can do. Virtual CMAs, map searches, it goes on and on. Highly recommended!

Over 33 years in the real estate business. Have seen it all and bought a great deal of it. WOW! The cheapest personal promotion I have ever seen. Why any agent who wants to stay in this business is not using this tool I will never understand. Last month I wrote over one million is sales and 87% came directly from Listing Book! My Buyers are in love with it and when they are ready to make the move I am the person that is there for them. If you have this product in your area please take advantage of this awsome tool. I'm jaded, I confess. I've attended so many workshops and been offered "the latest" in technology - the tool that will change everything. So my first thought, when I heard of Listing Book was "yeah, right". Then I heard the details and I thought "You've got to be kidding! This is amazing!" Now every agent in my office is addicted. They love it. Their customers love it. This really is the best thing since sliced bread!

Listingbook definitely is a "must have" in every market! We all know that the majority of buyers and sellers go to the internet first. Why not have them set up on YOUR Listingbook account, they get the most current information (unlike other sites out there) and when they have questions or find the house they want to see they call YOU. It's a "no brainer". I immediately saw the value in this program and the price to upgrade to AE+ is well worth it for the enhanced web site, personal branding and additional reports. My sellers love the Monthly Summary report that Listingbook generates. A big THANK YOU to the Listingbook family for bringing this great tool to our area!

I am a sales associate in the Long Island area and I believe Listingbook is the most powerful tool for agents, sellers, and buyers today. With the Agent Essential Plus package it provides agents with their own personal business builder website, branding tools, property promotions and much more for only $150 a year! I can't express this tool enough to buyers and sellers. Every client and prospect I have ever given a Listingbook account to are constantly raving about how helpful and user-friendly it is.

Listingbook should be mandatory for agents in any real estate agency! Setting up an account for customers is easy and it gives the customer freedom to search and leave comments to their agent about properties that meet their needs. Sellers get reports on competitive activity on their home which gives them the information needed to price their home correctly to get it sold!
