Online Property Search Preference

In a recent conversation a debate arose about where consumers go to search for real estate.

My estimated view was that 90% of real estate search is local on real estate agent, broker, and sometimes MLS websites.

My opponent in this debate suggested that 90% of all property search is done on Realtor.com

To test this theory, I set up a buzzdash.  Please do not vote, but feel free to watch it.  As someone in the real estate community you will skew the results.
