MOVE (listhub) renews syndication agreement with Zillow.com

ListHub operator Move, Inc., (NASDAQ: MOVE) and Zillow, Inc., today announced a long term content syndication agreement for the ListHub publishing network.  ListHub is the largest online syndicator of real estate listings to real estate web sites and provider of performance reports for brokers, franchises, and Multiple Listing Services. Yardi takes over listing syndication of California Regional MLS

CRMLS, formerly MRMLS and participant in the Los Angles Data Sharing initiative “CARETS” has announced a partnership with Yardi Systems division, Point2. Under the partnership, Point2 will syndicate CRMLS lsitings on behalf of all 23 member associations and their 26,000 agent members. Point2 has indicated that they syndicate to 60 web portals. The leader in online property search is REALTOR.com, operated by their parent company Move, Inc. In an announcement today, Move renewed the agreement with MSN to power their property search.
