Victor Lund

Victor Lund is a founding partner of WAV Group and CEO of RE Technology. For more than a decade, Lund has provided research, strategic planning and analyst services to MLSs, large brokerages, technology firms, and investment banks. Rick Haase

Rick Haase has been active in Real Estate sales and brokerage Leadership for more than thirty years. Haase has served in key leadership positions with some of the nation’s leading real estate companies. Most recently, Rick served as President of Latter & Blum Inc, the 24th largest independently owned Real Estate brokerage in the Nation. Under his leadership the company acquired 18 real estate and title services companies with its Agent count tripling from 1,050 agents to just over 3,500.

Haase has operated Residential and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Insurance Services, Mortgage Company and Title & Settlement Services. He has held senior leadership positions with market-leading companies in  Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio and Connecticut

Starting his Real Estate career at 18 years of age, Rick has become an expert in strategic planning, management and is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute’s Organizational Systems Development program. He holds numerous Real Estate industry designations.

Mr. Haase serves as Chairman of the Board of United Way, The University of New Orleans Foundation Board, Vice Chairman of Police & Justice Foundation, Business Council and various other non-profit and community service Boards of Directors.
